Maison Charles
Maison Charles was founded in 1908 in Paris by Ernest Charles working primarily with bronze , making reproductions of antique lighting. In the 1950s they moved into creating their own fanciful designs such as pineapples, coral, corn on the cobs and other floral themes such as lotus flowers and sun flowers. All these pieces were characterised by attention to detail and quality of execution. Due to their quality and style the pieces were always sought after and expensive.
